The Brom house overlooks Keystone Ski Resort, putting this skiing Mecca a bare five minutes away. The house is also located about fifteen minutes from Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts. But don't think that skiing is the only available activity. Located near the towns of Silverthorne and Dillon, the area offers excellent fishing, hiking, camping and jeep trails.
